SIAMS Information

As Three Trees CE Junior Academy is a Church of England school it is subject to a SIAMS inspection every 4-5 years.

What is a SIAMS inspection

SIAMS stands for Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools. It is a national inspection that focuses on how well a Church school lives out its Christian vision and values in everyday school life.

During a SIAMS inspection, inspectors look at how our Christian ethos shapes the school as a whole – including our curriculum, worship, relationships, caring culture and the way we support pupils and staff to flourish. The inspection is not about exam results; instead, it considers how well we nurture the academic, spiritual, social and emotional development of every child.

A SIAMS inspection helps to celebrate what a Church school does well and highlights ways we can continue to grow and improve, ensuring that our values are lived out in meaningful and inclusive ways for everyone in our school community.
