The Schools fully recognise the contribution they can make to protect children and support pupils in school. The aim of the policy is to safeguard and promote our pupil's welfare, safety and health by fostering an honest, open, caring and supportive climate. The pupil's welfare is of paramount importance.

Talk to an adult you trust at home

Speak to any adult at school

Use the worry boxes in school, it helps with a big worry if you add your name

EARLY HELP

There may be times when your child, you and your family require some advice and support.  Early Help is a system to ensure that you get the right help and support needed.  This is provide through the Pingle Academy early help offer. We have a strong relationship with there team of family resource workers and are able to make referrals to them with your permission.  The team can advise you of other agencies that can offer support for you and your family and also visit your child / children at home and in school to complete direct work.  Please see the information in the documents below.
